I cannot say enough good things about Tall Oaks in Reston. This isn’t just an assisted living facility; it’s truly a community. The building, while older, is well-maintained and full of charm. The staff is truly exceptional. I’ve never encountered such kind, considerate people in any care facility. And unlike other places that charge extra for medication management, Tall Oaks includes it as part of their monthly cost. In addition, residents can see visiting medical providers on-site. This common-sense approach to medical care makes life easier for everyone involved, especially for families who don’t have to constantly micromanage the care process. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do.
Michelle and Allison are an amazing team! They have been wonderful to work with throughout the process. I feel very blessed to have found such a warm and welcoming community for my mom.
